DESCRIPTION
The Model 3.63 Compact wireline setting tool is used to set downhole tools in a wellbore. It utilizes the gas produced by the burning of a power charge to create the force and motion required for the downhole deployment.
The Model 3.63 Compact setting tool is pressure balanced, and retains the pressure inside the tool until bled off manually using a piercing disk system.
An oil dampener system is built into the tool to control the setting speed and dampen the disconnect impact.
The tool is compatible with the Owen style firing heads and accepts all standard and slow set Owen style igniters and power charges.
FEATURES
- Machined fluted slots for increased tool lifespan and easy gripping during assembly and disassembly.
- The piercing disk system is common to all Ridgeline setting tool models and sizes.
